JAGARAN is a Non- Profit Organization registered under the West
Bengal Societies Registration Act. Established on 25th April 2006,
within 1 year JAGARAN had members from IT giants like Infosys, WIPRO, TCS, CTS, IBM, PwC,
Tech Mahindra etc across the country. The present member count is
more than 350 all over the world and apart from tech guys JAGARAN
comprised of Students, Teachers, Doctors and other service holders
also.
Our vision and mission is to spread our helping hands to those
students who are facing financial barrier to continue their studies.
We wish to lend them our helping hand while they try to fight
unspeakable odds in order to realize their dreams.
All the citizens of the society are invited to join JAGARAN to support this
noble cause with financial contributions and/or active participation in JAGARAN_Activities.

Since we got registered in April, 2007 at this moment we are unable
to get the necessary permission from the Govt. of India to accept
donations from foreign agencies or Cheque from foreign banks, NRE
Cheque or remittances through organizations like remit2India. So far
best of our knowledge, it needs at least three years to get this
permission subjected to a few conditions as well. Any inconvenience
caused for this is deeply regretted.
